These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Wrappzo website and platform (together, the “Service”), provided by Orange Dot Solutions (“Orange Dot Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the Wrappzo brand. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Access to the Wrappzo platform requires an account, typically provisioned by your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Customer content and data
Where your organization submits data to run campaigns, fulfillment, or related workflows on the platform, that data remains your organization's property. We process it only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Orange Dot Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service reliable and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Orange Dot Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. Organizations with a separate commercial agreement are also governed by the termination terms in that agreement.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
